Überblick: FONG CHING is a C.I.D. who takes no interest in protecting justice. He regards being a policeman a way to earn income. Therefore he always entangles those drug addicts. It is because they usually have conducted crimes in the past. This gives him more chances to solve cases. CHING comes across a drug addict CHAU YAT SING who later becomes his spy.
